This EULA is an agreement between Kamshare ("Kamshare ", "we," "us," or "our")and you regarding our website, http://www.kamshare.com, sub-domains, and/or any associated web-based and/or mobile applications (collectively, "Service"). Please read it.
Any capitalized terms not defined in our Privacy Policy, have the meaning as specified in our Terms of Service.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software ("Software") including the one contained in this app and any subsequent versions or upgrades received as a result of having purchased or downloaded this app, used in connection with the Service contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements or in information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by us or our advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service, in whole or in part.
The Software contains third party programs. The license terms with those programs apply to your use of them.
BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, UNISTALL AND/OR DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
The Software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the Software. Kamshare reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the Software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the Software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.
Kamshare provides Internet-based services with the Software. It may change or cancel them at any time.
User has the non-exclusive right to the use of the Software only on a single device. User may not electronically transfer the Software from one device to another over any type of network. User may not distribute copies of the Software or the accompanying documentation to others either for a fee or without charge. User may not modify or translate the Software or documentation. User may not disassemble the Software or allow it to be disassembled into its constituent source code. User's use of the Software indicates his/her acceptance of these terms and conditions. If User does not agree to these conditions, uninstall the Software from the device, and erase the Software from any and all storage devices upon which it may have been installed.
This software may not, in whole or in any part, be copied, reproduced, transmitted, translated (into any language, natural or computer), stored in a retrieval system, be debugged or connected to a debugger, reduced to any electronic medium or machine readable format, or by any other form or means without prior consent, in writing, from Kamshare.
You are granted a limited license to use this software.
If you give feedback about the Software to Kamshare, you give to Kamshare, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies and services to use or interface with any specific parts of a software or service that includes the feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires Kamshare to license its Software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.
We do not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through the Service, by email or any other means. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized Kamshare representative, any material, information or idea you transmit to us by any means may be disseminated or used by us or our affiliates without compensation or liability to you for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. However, this provision does not apply to Content, or to personal information that is subject to our Privacy Policy.
User acknowledges that the Software may not be free from defects and may not satisfy all of the User's needs. The Software and any accompanying written materials are licensed "AS IS".
In no event will Kamshare be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or damages resulting from loss of use, or loss of anticipated profits resulting from any defect in the Software, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
The Software may contain links to third party websites or apps. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. By linking to these websites or apps, we do not create or have an affiliation with, or sponsor such third party websites or apps. The inclusion of links within the Software does not constitute any endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or recommendation of such third party websites or apps.
Kamshare has no control over the legal documents and privacy practices of third party websites or apps; as such, you access any such third party websites or apps at your own risk.
The software and accompanying documentation may not be provided by a "Backup Service" or any other vendor which does not provide an original package as composed of the Software, including but not limited to all original distribution media, documentation, registration cards, and insertions.
You may not:
The software is subject to United States export laws and regulations. You must comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to the software. These laws include restrictions on destinations, end users and end use.
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Service, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in the Service conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Kamshare under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.
Because this Software is “as is,” we may not provide support services for it.
THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED “AS-IS.” YOU BEAR THE RISK OF USING IT. Kamshare GIVES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS. YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS WHICH THIS AGREEMENT CANNOT CHANGE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS, KAMSHARE EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. You should review this EULA frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our Service, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we choose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this EULA. Any changes we make to our EULA are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.
