This Payment Policy is an agreement between Kamshare ("Kamshare ", "we," "us," or "our")and you regarding our website, http://www.Kamshare.com, sub-domains, and any associated web-based and mobile applications (collectively, "Service"). Please read it.
Any capitalized terms not defined in our Payment Policy, have the meaning as specified in our Terms of Service.

YOU SHOULD NOT PROVIDE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION), OR WIRE OR OTHERWISE SEND MONEY, TO US OR TO OTHER USERS. ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTION IS SOLELY DONE USING GOOGLE PLAY AND/OR PAYPAL. Kamshare CORP DOES NOT REQUIRES NOR KEEPS RECORDS OF CREDIT CARDS OR BANK ACCOUNTS.
You may download Kamshare for free and access free Pages according to their Privacy Settings as stated on our PRIVACY POLICY and you can access other services and products that require payments or fees. This Payment Policy is incorporated into the Kamshare Terms of Service, and applies to all Users of the Service.
Kamshare offers a paid service for removing ads from Kamshare to all the devices that your logged in. In App Purchases are conducted through Apple, Google Play or PayPal portal depending on the platform you are on .
Ad Removal In App Purchase is a service that commences as soon as you make a payment and we receive confirmation of the payment, therefore you cannot cancel any order or purchase of it after that. That doesn’t affect any consumer rights you have and if you can’t use the Service because of a fault or error then please let us know and we’ll try and fix it for you – and if we can’t fix it, you might be entitled to a refund.
In the event a refund is issued to your Payment Method and the Payment Provider, you agree that the final amount that you will receive will be the net of the amount you paid less any transaction fees associated with your transaction and any other charge we may impose.
In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund of the same product.
Kamshare is not responsible for any agreement you make inside or outside the Service between any User, or any other party.
Ads will be removed as soon as the payment is processed, confirmed and enter into our system. This process can be immediate but sometimes and depending on many factors out of our control can cause some delays.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment thereof. You agree to pay for any taxes that might be applicable to your use of the Service and payments you make to us and payments you receive from us.
We reserve the right to change our prices, fees and offerings at any time. You authorize us to make any reasonably necessary inquiries to validate your account and financial information.
We do not collect or store credit card numbers or bank accounts in order to execute a transaction involving an In App Purchase, but we might have access and keep records on our servers which may include your name, address, telephone number, email and other information that is necessary in order to process the transaction.
Your In App Purchase Account will be charged for the In App Purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for In App Purchases that apply to your In App Purchase Account.
All prices and fees are non-refundable even if your Services are suspended, terminated or you are blocked from the Service.
Kamshare expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at our Site and effective immediately without need for further notice to you.
If Kamshare receives notification of a chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, or is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to your Payment Method, you agree that Kamshare may pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment and it may include the cancellation of your account.
Kamshare also reserves the right to charge you reasonable "administrative fees" or "processing fees" for (i) tasks Kamshare may perform outside the normal scope of its Services, (ii) additional time and/or costs Kamshare may incur in providing its Services, and/or (iii) your noncompliance with this Agreement (as determined by Kamshare in its sole and absolute discretion). Typical administrative or processing fee scenarios include, but are not limited to (i) customer service issues that require additional personal time or attention; (ii) disputes that require accounting or legal services, whether performed by Kamshare staff or by outside firms retained by Kamshare; (iii) recouping any and all costs and fees, including the cost of Services, incurred by Kamshare as the results of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank or Payment Method processor.
You acknowledge that all transactions will be conducted in U.S. dollars.
Please note that any transaction is final, and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple, Google Play and/or PayPal's applicable payment policies, which also may not provide for refunds. You agree that you have read and agreed with Apple, Google Play and/or PayPal's payment policies before concluding a transaction with Kamshare.
You agree that the payment information is valid and (1) in your name or (2) in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your purchase and that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of your parents.
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Service, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in the Service conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Kamshare under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.
We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. You should review this Payment Policy frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our Service, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we choose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Payment Policy. Any changes we make to our Payment Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Payment Policies.
