If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, such as your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook), your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, friend list, and information about and photos of your Facebook friends who might be common Facebook friends with other Kamshare Users. You will also be asked to allow the Service to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service. In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Service or in some other manner. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information. If you chat with other Users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.
When you use our Service, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our Service. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information.
We use various technologies to collect information from your device and about your activities on our Service. Although our Service is a general audience Service, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 13 and above. In case Kamshare collects and maintains personal information relating to a child under 13, the parent may send out an email to us to review, alter and/or erase such info as well as to decline to enable any additional collection or use of the child's information.
Should you make an In App Purchase, we will forward you to Apple, PayPal or Google Play to process the transaction.
They may return to us information regarding the transaction including order number, amount, timestamp, transaction status and some other billing information to identify you with your purchase. These information is stored on our servers with the appropriate identifications. At no time we get any credit card number or any of your sensitive credit information.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may provide your Personally Identifiable Information to affiliates that provide services to us with regards to our Service (i.e. payment processors, Website hosting companies, etc.); such affiliates will only receive information necessary to provide the respective services and will be bound by confidentiality agreements limiting the use of such information.

When you register as a User, your Kamshare profile will be viewable by other Users of the Service. Other Users will be able to view information you have provided to us directly or through Facebook, such as your Facebook photos, any additional photos you upload, your first name and/or last name, your age, and information you have in common with the person viewing your profile, such as common Facebook friends and likes. If you join a Page, you will be able to chat and share images with persons that have access to that Page. All and any information shared on the Service is available to everyone and will not be considered private in any way. Once you share information, this information is on the system available in an unrestricted way. Users will be able to copy, delete and/or share any content that you have made public by using explicitly or implicitly the Service.
Our privacy settings are for entertainment purpose only and should not be considered as final in terms of who can have access to the information you share willingly or unknowingly, by accident or omission.
Images can be deleted but any User could have access to them even after you have deleted them. Images can be shared by anyone at anytime from anywhere.
You acknowledge that our Service is a platform where Users get together in order to share their point of view and if you don't want to share Content you should refrain from using the Service.
We try our best to comply with the privacy settings that are managed by the Users through the Service but we cannot and will not guarantee that the data will be safe from others having access to them. The following privacy settings are design to give users an idea of the actions that our Service provide programmatically in order to decide who will have access to the information on our servers but we cannot guarantee that this measures are fail proof and you should not upload, share, comment are make any action that you don't want to make public. We will make our best effort to provide the following privacy restriction of your data but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will not have access to the data contain within.
1- Public - Users will see your name, profile picture, Pages you are part of and have access to your pictures.
2- Private - Users will see your name and profile picture.
User Profile Privacy can be changed by the User at anytime.
1- Open - These pages are available to everyone. They will show up on any search and Users' profiles. Anyone can join, share and start photo sessions without your approval.
2- Public - Users need to be accepted by the Page Owner in order to start photo sessions and make comments. Anyone can share the Page and pictures.
3- Private - Users with the link can reach this Page. Private Pages might not appear in search results nor on the Users' profiles for others to see. Users can join if the Owner of the Page accepts them.
Page Profile Privacy can be changed by the Page Owner at anytime only to a more restrictive level. As an example, from Open to Public or Private, and from Public to Private.
We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through the Service.
Our Service may contain links to other websites or mobile applications that are not under our direct control. These websites may have their own policies regarding privacy. We have no control of or responsibility for linked websites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. You access such linked Websites at your own risk. You can delete your applicable account deleting all your images, removing yourself from Pages, by login out and uninstalling the application; we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, however, please note that some personal information, primarily your contact information, actions, comments, messages, notices and any deleted or undeleted images, may remain in our records to the extent necessary to protect our legal interests, document compliance with regulatory requirements or to provide continuity to the Service.

Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
